Danny has a strong technical background and a business-oriented mindset. He used to take management roles at Samsung Vina, Jabil, VinTech City-Vingroup, and lately, the Acting General Director of Hoa Binh Innovation Center (HBIC).
He also worked as a Business Coach for ActionCOACH, supporting SME owners, and fostering innovation and startup movements in business, especially commercializing research outcomes.
He holds an MBA (High Distinction) and Master of Science in Computer Science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), in South Korea.
Danny initiates BluePrint Optimum (BPO) with the mission to “Create Jobs, Improve Lives” in the period when the real estate and construction sector in Vietnam has been in crisis and the world economy had become worse and more uncertain.

Architect Le Viet Hai is a veteran entrepreneur of the Vietnamese business generation during the "Đổi Mới" (Renovation) period. Starting his entrepreneurship 35 years ago with a small construction office, he has developed his unit into Hoa Binh Construction Group, one of the leading construction contractors in the Vietnamese construction market. Moreover, Mr. Hai demonstrated a forward-looking vision by investing in establishing a BIM (Building Information Modeling) department for the group over 11 years ago, laying the foundation for a strong digital transformation in the construction business. He is also an innovative entrepreneur, always at the forefront of activities related to startups, and creative innovation, and has established the foundation for the Hoa Binh Innovation and Creativity Center (HBIC).

Dr. Arch. Nguyen Xuan Hinh has been involved in teaching at Hanoi University of Construction and Hanoi University of Architecture for over 30 years. In addition, he holds a Certificate of Professional Practice in Architectural Planning - Grade I and a Certificate of Professional Practice in Architectural Design - Grade I issued by the Ministry of Construction; he has undertaken planning projects in provinces and cities across all three regions of Vietnam, such as Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Kontum, Ben Tre, etc. Dr. Arch. Nguyen Xuan Hinh's remarkable achievements stem from the combination of academic research, practical construction experience, and management in consulting, design, and planning.

Mr. Tran Dinh Tung has a background as a civil engineer from the University of Construction. With the aspiration of "Elevating Vietnamese Construction", he started founding and leading the Vietnam Association of Construction Engineers and the TRV Digital Entrepreneurial Education Ecosystem. Embracing the self-development methods of millionaire Tony Robbins, he has cultivated a community of entrepreneurial-minded individuals with the right mindset, strict discipline, and ambitious aspirations. Each member equips themselves with sufficient knowledge, skills, and a mindset focused on Self-Mastery – Career Mastery – Lifestyle Mastery.
